Pinnacle Solutions has positions on several contract vehicles, providing a variety of options for our customers:

SeaPort-e Contract

SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) enables electronic procurement of Engineering, Technical and Programmatic support services by NAVSEA's Warfare Center community. This Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract enables teams to compete for task orders totaling $10 billion over 15 years, if all options are exercised. SeaPort-e extends the current procurement vehicle, SeaPort, by leveraging SeaPort's successful business model and efficiencies. SeaPort-e will help naval activities reduce costs and promote business efficiencies in the effort to lead the Navy on a successful course. SeaPort-e furthers the Navy's Seapower 21 objective to increase efficiency, and allows for tailoring services according to the needs of geographically-dispersed organizations with significantly diverse product area requirements and missions. All NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVSUP, MSC, NAVFAC, SSP, ONR, and USMC contracting officers can order from the SeaPort-e contract.

Special Operations Forces Requirements Analysis, Prototyping, Training, Operations, and Rehearsal II (SOF RAPTOR II)

Pinnacle Solutions, teamed with Nova Technologies, is supporting the SOF Raptor II contract sponsored by PEO STRI. SOF RAPTOR II will enable the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and its Component Commands to rapidly execute tasks in support of unique SOF mission and training requirements. Requirements may include: requirements analysis/concept exploration; prototyping; operation and maintenance; fielded system enhancements; exercise/experiment support; courseware development; networking; test/simulator certification; and, systems management support. SOF RAPTOR II has a $49M ceiling.

Special Operations Forces Mission Training, Engineering, and Maintenance Support (SOF TEAMS)

Pinnacle Solutions, teamed with Nova Technologies, is currently fulfilling the Department of the Army, U.S Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation's (PEO STRI), requirement for providing a services contract to support the hardware and software maintenance, logistics, administration, and minor engineering enhancements to the Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) that support the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) (SOAR(A)) located at Fort Campbell, KY.

Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS)

Pinnacle Solutions is positioned on multiple Technical, Programmatic, Logistics, and Business and Analytical teams providing engineering, technical, and programmatic support to AMCOM. The contract provides the full spectrum of Advisory and Assistance Services for Team Redstone.

Warfighter FOCUS Contract - Warrior Training Alliance

The Warrior Training Alliance (WTA) led by Raytheon as prime contractor, delivers an integrated, full-service team approach to meet the comprehensive training services and support needs of the U.S. Army through the Warfighter Field Operations Customer Support (FOCUS) contract.

Prototype Integration Facility (PIF) Joint Venture between Yulista and SES (JVYS) Contract

The purpose of this contract is to execute the Prototype Integration Facility mission and team with key industry participants and aviation and missile original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The ten-year sole source Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract vehicle is called the PIF Rapid Acquisition & Prototyping (PIF RAP) contract and focuses on prototype development, manufacturing, systems integration, modification, experimentation and subsystem/system testing as well as designing, fabricating, installing, and testing complex airborne and ground-based systems.

CACI International Inc Strategic Services Sourcing (S3) Contract

The S3 contract provides total life cycle services from research to sustainment to the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC). The Command provides the technologies to sustain and support superior Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Information, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems for the joint warfighter.

Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance Contract (SETAC) 07

Pinnacle Solutions is proud to be a member of the Radiance Technologies SETAC Team. SETAC is designed to support USASMDC/ARSTRAT and Other Government Agencies in the Space and Missile defense arena. It is an ID/IQ fixed price per labor category contract with work assigned through competitive Task Orders. The SETAC contractor conducts studies, and provides concept system definition and related documentation to support the study results; provides independent analyses, simulations, technological assessments; and performs other related tasks The contractor analyzes, critiques, and assesses the adequacy, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of work performed by other contractors. The contractor identifies issues and formulates and provides alternatives for issue resolution.

Public Law 108-183

(A) SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT : A Contracting officer may award contracts to a SDVOSB on a sole source basis, if:

(1) SDVOSB is determined to be responsible and capable and no reasonable expectation that 2 or more SDVOSB will submit offers

(2) Award price of the contract (including options) not to exceed:

(a) $5M for industrial classification NAICS code manufacturing

(b) $3M in the case of any other contract opportunity; and

(3) In the estimation of the contracting officer, the contract award can be made at a fair and reasonable price.

(B) RESTRICTED COMPETITION : Contracting Officer MAY set aside award contracts IF: reasonable expectation that 2 or more SDVOB will submit offers and award can be made at a fair market price.

 

Wyle RiAC Contract

The purpose of this contract is to provide services in support of the collection, analysis, and application of scientific and technical information within specialized technical areas in support of the Department of Defense.

Science and Engineering Services Incorporated Logistics Support Facility Management Activity (LSFMA) Contract

The LSFMA is a government owned, commercially operated IDIQ contractual vehicle allowing for rapid response to meet customer needs. The primary focus of the LSFMA is to provide Army Aviation and other DoD/Federal customers with a rapid acquisition, rapid response entity to provide warfighter capability in the most cost effective, rapid response environment.
